What employees record on the phone

The path of an event

  1. The operator records it

Finding a fault during an inspection, at the specific asset.

  2. The office receives it

The office operator sees the problem and the photos in real time.

  3. A technician is assigned

The technician goes to the asset and fixes the fault.

  4. Marked as solved

The technician marks the problem as solved with a single tap.

A manufacturing company gives its employees the Terra Service app, installed on the production operators' mobile phones. When production staff carry out regular inspections and checks of their assets and find non-conformities, faults or problems, they record them in the Terra Service app against the specific asset assigned to them. With a single tap they state the nature of the problem and the response urgency, and attach photos showing the problem, changes in the asset's condition and so on. If needed, they can also describe the situation in more detail and add notes and comments. This information is passed to the software on a computer at the head office, and the operator working with it responds to the problem, informs other people and assigns the responsible technicians, who go to the asset and fix the faults. Once they have solved the problem, the technicians mark it as solved in the Terra Service app with a single tap.
